Workshop Overview
This 1-day, in-person workshop involves interactive lessons from Arnold Stroobach, Managing Director of Buurtzorg Australia and Neighbourhood Care. You’ll hear real examples of teams that have successfully adopted these principles both in Australia and internationally. The day consists of a morning and afternoon session and includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea.
Morning Session:
Here we will set the scene and provide the context. We’ll explore the Buurtzorg way of working, including the Eight Buurtzorg Pillars. Learn how unleashing human potential through self-management can improve team engagement, and morale, all while putting the customer at the core of your work.
Afternoon Session:
Now we put theory into action. We’ll explore how to apply Buurtzorg principles within your team or organisation. Learn to build a work environment where everyone is empowered to own their development and contribute to a shared vision of success. Discover how to establish a sustainable self-management model that includes personal and team development planning.
